What is 9XGO?

Businesses often spend significant time searching for software, comparing different products, understanding pricing and licensing, checking whether a product is reliable, and deciding which solution is appropriate for their needs. 9XGO aims to simplify this process. Instead of searching across multiple websites and dealing with different vendors separately, businesses can use 9XGO to discover software products and get the information they need to make a better purchasing decision. Depending on the product and customer requirements, users may also use 9XGO’s expert assistance to identify suitable software.

The 9XGO Marketplace

9XGO is primarily focused on software and digital products. The marketplace may include products such as:
  • SaaS products
  • Business applications
  • AI tools
  • Marketing software
  • Automation tools
  • CRM and ERP software
  • Developer tools
  • Website and application templates
  • Plugins and extensions
  • Scripts and other digital software products
The availability of a particular category or product depends on 9XGO’s marketplace selection and qualification process.

Who is 9XGO For?

9XGO serves different participants within the software ecosystem.

How 9XGO Works

For customers, the basic journey is: Discover → Evaluate → Choose → Buy → Support Customers can browse software by category, search for products, review product information, compare available options, and purchase eligible products through 9XGO. When customers are unsure which software to choose, 9XGO may also provide expert assistance.

For Software Vendors

The vendor journey is: Submit → Verify → Qualify → List → Sell → Promote A vendor submission is not automatically approved. 9XGO evaluates products based on customer value, product quality, vendor capability, ownership and licensing, security, pricing, and commercial suitability.

Our Product Selection Approach

9XGO does not aim to become a marketplace simply by listing the largest possible number of software products. We focus on selecting products that can provide a strong overall experience for: Customers + Vendors + 9XGO A product should:
  • Solve a genuine customer problem
  • Provide meaningful value
  • Be sufficiently reliable and usable
  • Have clear ownership and licensing
  • Have a capable vendor
  • Provide appropriate customer support
  • Have clear and reasonable pricing
  • Be commercially suitable for the marketplace
This approach helps 9XGO maintain a marketplace focused on quality and customer value rather than quantity alone.

Listing, Selling & Promotion

There are different levels of product participation on 9XGO.

Listed

A product may be displayed on the marketplace.

Approved for Sale

A product has passed the applicable requirements and is eligible for customer transactions.

Campaign Approved

A product may be selected for active promotional activities, including campaigns funded by 9XGO. These are separate decisions.
Being listed does not guarantee sales, advertising, featured placement, or promotional support.

Customer-First Approach

A software marketplace ultimately succeeds when customers receive value from the products they purchase. For this reason, 9XGO considers the customer experience throughout the product lifecycle. This includes:
  • Product information
  • Pricing transparency
  • Licensing clarity
  • Product quality
  • Vendor support
  • Customer feedback
  • Refund and issue resolution
  • Ongoing product availability
Customer feedback and marketplace performance may also influence whether a product continues to be actively promoted or sold.

Vendor Relationship

9XGO works with software vendors to bring eligible products to the marketplace. Vendors are expected to provide accurate product information and maintain the products they offer. Depending on the product and commercial arrangement, vendors may be responsible for:
  • Product maintenance
  • Updates
  • Technical support
  • Bug resolution
  • Documentation
  • Licensing compliance
  • Customer assistance
9XGO may request additional information or verification whenever necessary.
