Product Quality	Functional, reliable, usable, and reasonably mature
Differentiation	Has a clear reason for customers to choose it
Ownership & Licensing	Vendor has valid rights to sell or distribute it
Security & Privacy	No unacceptable security, privacy, or data risks
Vendor Support	Vendor can provide ongoing customer and technical support
Documentation	Sufficient information to install, use, or understand the product
Pricing	Reasonable price relative to customer value and competition
Product Information	Accurate pricing, features, screenshots, licensing, and other details
Commercial Suitability	Suitable for 9XGO customers and marketplace economics

Approved for Sale	Product can be sold through 9XGO
Campaign Approved	Product may receive 9XGO-funded promotion
Hold	More information or improvements required
Rejected	Product does not meet 9XGO requirements

Listing ≠ Selling ≠ Advertising

Listed	Product can appear on 9XGO
Approved for Sale	Customers can purchase the product
Campaign Approved	9XGO may invest in paid promotion

Being listed does not guarantee sales, advertising, featured placement, or promotional support.

Vendor Pre-Submission Check

Before submitting, ensure that:

✓	We own or are authorized to distribute the software
✓	The software is functional and commercially usable
✓	Pricing and licensing are clearly defined
✓	Product information is accurate
✓	We can provide customer support
✓	We can maintain and update the product
✓	We can resolve significant bugs
✓	All submitted content and software is authorized
